Abstract
This study entitled “Power Relation and Power Resistance in Tasha Alexander's Elizabeth The Golden Age Novel” aims at discussing the power relation and power resistance represented in the novel story. The novel uses the history of Great Britain in the Elizabethan era especially related to the Queen Elizabeth I. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, the data in the form of narrative elements namely: character and characterization, setting, plot, and point of view were examined to find the issues of power relation and power resistance that then explained by using the theory of power by Foucault.
