Abstract

Rondauli Sihombing 2014520124, Influence Leadership and Motivation on Teacher Performance in school SMPN 226 Pondok Labu, South Jakarta. Advisor I Dr. H. Dayat Hidayat, MM. Advisor II Dr. H. Amin K. Elfachmi. S.Pd, SE, MM. The aim of research to find out the phenomenon, as well as the conclusions on the effect of the two variables independent of the Teacher Performance in the School SMPN 226 Pondok Labu, South Jakarta. Methods This study uses Descriptive Quantitative data analysis techniques used in this study are: quality testing of data validity and reliability, descriptive analysis, the classical assumption of normality, multicollinearity and heterokendatisitas, regression analysis is a simple regression and multiple, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. Sampling using saturated sample or census. Respondents in this study of 100 techer and employe in the neighborhood School SMPN 226 Pondok Labu, South Jakarta. The results of the study as follows: Hypothesis 1 there is significant influence between the variables of leadership on teacher performance and Hypothesis 2 was not a significant difference variable Motivation on teacher performance and Hypothesis 3 significant effect together between variables Leadership and Motivation on teacher performance in the environment of SMP Negeri 226 Pondok Labu, South Jakarta.
