Abstract

This study aimed to analyze how the teachers used Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) in the class. Therefore the students could be more active and the teachers were easier to explain the subject. The objective in this study is to observe how efective Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) method applied in the fifth grade to understand Simple Future Tense. Data collection method used in this research is analyzing how teachers used Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) for students and the effect of the method in the class. The result of the study shows that the students can get more fun to learn some English subjects without feeling bored besides the student were more active in the class. Keywords : Teaching, Simple Future Tense, Communicative Language Teaching (CLT).
