Abstract
The existence of banking institutions have a dominant contribution in maintaining the sustainability of the economy. business role in advancing banking customers as consumers of products and services is very large. With the increasing number of customers who believe to a bank, the more funds can be raised from the public. By leveraging advances in technology, banks are trying to provide good facilities in serving customers, one of them by providing ATM. ATM usage in addition to providing convenience for customers turns ATM can also cause problems for the wearer, for example in the transaction withdrawal of funds received by the customer is not in accordance with the funds debited from his account.
