Abstract
Studi ini memiliki tujuan guna membuktikan Pengaruh EffectiveTax Rate, Sales Growth dan Aset Tidak Berwujud berpengaruh terhadap Transfer pricing pada perusahaan sektor Consumer Non-Cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019 - 2023. Penelitian jenis ini yaitu kuantitatif dan memakai data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang dipakai ialah uji regresi data panel memakai Microsoft excel dan Eviews 12. Populasi yang di gunakan seluruh bidang Consumer Non- Cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2019 - 2023. Studi ini mengumpulkan data dengan metode purposive sampling yang menggabungkan 125 pupulasi menjadi 21 sampel pebelitian. Hasil studi menyatakkan jika Effective Tax Rate, Sales Growth dan Aset Tidak Berwujud berpengaruh bersama-sama terhadap Transfer Pricing pada Perusahaan sektor Consumer Non-Cyclicals periode 2019 sampai 2023. Sedangkan secara parsial Effective Tax Rate tidak berpengaruh terhadap Transfer Pricing, Sales Growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap Transfer Pricing dan Aset Tidak Berwujud berpengaruh terhadap Transfer Pricing.
