Abstract
This study aims to find out the materials used in teaching vocabulary through song and movement using Total Physical Response (TPR) method, to describe the activities given in teaching vocabulary through Total Physical Response (TPR) method and to analyze the result of teaching vocabulary through song and movement using Total Physical Response (TPR) method about teaching vocabulary through song and movement using Total Physical Response (TPR) applied to the students of Kiddy B at Indonesia Playschool Bintaro. Qualitative approach is used to analyze the data through observation, interview and questionnaire. The theory used by the author in conducting this study is Theory of Chuang to analyze Total Physical Response (TPR), and Bruce the use of movement. For analyzing the materials that teacher used interesting and familiar. The activities given to the students practised song with gesture and movement. The result of the students scores were satisfying from average of very good. Therefore, it can be concluded that teaching vocabulary through song using Total Physical Response (TPR) method in Kiddy B was recomended.
