Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Pertumbuhan Penjualan dan Capital Intensity terhadap Financial Distress. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor Food & Beverage (F&B) yang terdaftar di dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019-2023 sebanyak 82 perusahaan. Adapun metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga didapat 43 perusahaan dengan jangka waktu penelitian 5 tahun yang mengacu pada laporan tahunan dari tahun 2019 – 2023. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel, pemilihan model regresi, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisiensi determinasi, uji F, dan uji t, diolah menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Secara parsial menunjukkan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress dan capital intensity tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress.
