Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Investment Oppourtunity Set, Sales Growth dan Free Cash Flow terhadap kebijakan dividen. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Investment Oppourtunity Set, Sales Growth dan Free Cash Flow. Sementara variabel terikatnya adalah kebijakan dividen. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang tergabung ke dalam sektor consumer non cyclical pada tahun 2018-2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode sekunder yang diperoleh dari laman website www.idx.co.id. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24 perusahaan dengan penelitian selama 4 tahun, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 96 data observasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan Ms. Office Excel dan program aplikasi Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan investment oppourtunity set, sales growth dan free cash flow berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen sedangkan secara parsial Investment oppourtunity set dan free cash flow tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen sedangkan Sales growth berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kata Kunci: Investment Oppourtunity Set, Sales Growth, Free Cash Flow, Kebijakan Dividen.
