Abstract

The staffing system can help make it easier to manage the data you want to find by simply opening the system without the need to search and open existing old files or files and help in storing data more neatly and not being damaged or lost over time. PT Dhiatek has an information system that can be used by, but the information system still has something to be developed, namely integrating an information system with Whatsapp Messenger. The purpose of making an information system that integrates with Whatsapp Messenger is to assist in disseminating information to employees in real-time by creating a message and then determining the date for distributing the message. Whatsapp Messenger is more widely used by employees than other chat applications. Therefore, this staffing system integrates with Whatsapp Messenger. To facilitate the development of an information system, the developer or a developer uses the waterfall method in its development. In addition, the development of the information system uses the United Modeling Language or abbreviated as UML to identify or describe the information system created. The research resulted in the development of a system that integrates existing information systems with Whatsapp Messenger which can be used to make it easier for every employee to get real-time information.
