Abstract

Currently, information systems play a crucial role in improving bussiness and educational efficiency. However, at SMP Islam Bahrul Ulum, library data is still managed manually, resulting in data inaccuracies, book information loss, difficulty in tracking loan statuses, and time-consuming report generation, making it inefficient. The objective of this research is to design and assess the quality of a Web• based Library InformationSystemApplication at SMP Islam Bahrul Ulum using ISO 25010 standars to ensure its quality, prevent errors, and guarantee that its features and functionality align with expected needs. Data collection involves literature reviews, observations, and interviews. The software development method employed is Rapid Application Development (RAD), and the testing method incorporates the quality model characteristics of functional suitability, usability, reliability, performanceefficiency,and maintainability. The development of a web-based library information system application and its testing using the ISO 25010 quality model is expected to enhance the application's quality and performance, minimize errors, ensure efficient usage, and improve the services offeredat the SMP Islam Bahrul Ulum library.
