Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze and obtain empirical evidence akuntansidan software quality influences the quality of information on the performance of individuals through end-user satisfaction. The study population was Pamulang University faculty and students, while the sample is four professors and 96 students at the University Pamulang. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data used is primary data collection method questionnaire data. The analysis tool used is OLS. The results of this study are: quality of accounting software is not empirically proven significant impact on user satisfaction of information systems; Quality information empirically proven significant negative effect on user satisfaction of information systems; The quality of accounting software empirically proven significant negative effect on the performance of the individual; The quality of information is not empirically proven effect on individual performance; User satisfaction information system proven significant positive effect on the performance of the individual; Indirectly after mediated by the satisfaction of users of information systems: accounting software quality and quality of the information is not empirically proven significant effect on the performance of Individuals.
