Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pembuatan aplikasi virtual tour berbasis website yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pengenalan kampus universitas Pamulang khususnya kampus Viktor kepada calon mahasiswa yang ingin megetahui lokasi kampus tanpa harus datang ke lokasi. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengadaptasi model pengembangan MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) dimana model pengembangan ini memiliki enam tahapan utama yaitu (1) Concept yaitu pembuatan konsep dan mencari kebutuhan awal pembuatan aplikasi virtual tour, (2) design yaitu tahap pembuatan mochup atau User Interface yang nantinya akan digunakan pada aplikasi virtual tour,(3) material collecting yaitu tahap pengumpulan data – data yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan aplikasi virtual tour ini yang meliputi pengambilan gambar 360 dan beberapa assets lainya , (4) assembly yaitu tahap pengembangan, dalam hal ini berfokus pada aplikasi Pano2VR dan Framework Ionic, (5) testing tahap ini menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing, (6) distribution untuk memudahkan pengguna nantinya, distribusi dilakukan dengan menguploads dile HTML5 ke Hosting.
