Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis sekaligus penerapan metode case based reasoning (CBR) dalam mendiagnosa kerusakan pada lift menggunakan perhitungan similarity. Data yang dianalisis didapatkan dari PT. Leuser Tri Sakatama hasil dari wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan atas izin dari Bapak Agung Suparwi selaku direktur utama PT. Leuser Tri Sakatama. Proyek yang dimiliki PT. Leuser Tri Sakatama yang berwilayah di JABODETABEK sebanyak 78, data kerusakan lift tahun 2020-2021 sebanyak 177 data kerusakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian telah dilakukan implementasi metode case based reasoning (CBR) menggunakan perhitungan similarity untuk mencari persentase terbesar dalam mendiagnosa kerusakan pada lift, telah selesai dirancang database dengan 3 tabel yaitu tabel kode error, tabel daftar proyek dan tabel kerusakan lift tahun 2020-2021.
