Abstract

This research tests the effect of Net Working Capital,Growth Opportunity and leverage, to cash holding for sample property and real estate company listed Indonesia Stock Exchange over the periode 2009-2013.Population of this research is property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses purposive sampling method. Sampling consist property and real estate company. Hypotesis test of this research uses multiple regression analysis.The result show that Net Working Capital effect on cash holding, Growth Opportunityhas no effect on cash holding and leverage effect on cash holding Key : Net Working Capital, Leverage, Growth Opportunity and Cash Holding
