Abstract

This thesis entitled "Physical Discrimination in Roald Dahl’s THE BFG Novel". This study discusses physical discrimination, social discrimination in the novel "THE BFG" and describes the impact of living figures reflected in the main character. The data source is the novel "THE BFG" by Roald Dahl. In this discussion, the author using Gordon Allport’s theory for discrimination analysis. Data collected using descriptive methods were carried out by descriptive qualitative method in the form of essays. Research findings are the forms, causes, and effects of physical discrimination in the novel "THE BFG" by Roald Dahl. This novel is one example that presents a problem with injustices and inequalities that occur in human life. Keywords: Physically, Discrimination, Novel
