Abstract

This study aims to find of the influence of sdm development and competence to employee performance, and the object of this research is PT Graha Ronda Pondok Indah South Jakarta. This research using quantitative research method with the number of samples is 52 respondents, Data analysis method used are validity test, reability test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, T test and F tset and classic test are normality test, multcholinearity test, heterluskedasticity test and auto correlation test. Based on the result of multipleregression analysis calculation obtained Y = 1,813 + 0,435 (X1) + 0,540 (X2), employee performance (Y) SDM development (X1) and competence (X2), tested using T test indicates that both independent variables significantly affect employee performance (Y) as dependent variable. The F test result of R is 0,944 which means there is a positive and competence in employee performance. Determination coefficient test is 0,892. This result showed 89.2%, while 10,8% are affected by other factors that are not researched. based on the hypothesis test that has been performed using the F test it is obtained that the F hitung = 13,035 and after it is consulted with the F table at the 10% signification and n = (-3) shows the Ftable = 2,41 which means there is a positive and significant influence between the development of sdm and competence on the performance of employees, because F hitung ( 13,035) > F table (2,41). This result of this study were cocluded to be positive and significant influences between the sdm development (X1) and competence (X2) simultanlly to employee performance (Y) Key words : SDM Development, competence and employee performance
