Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Financial Distress yang terdiri dari Current Asset to Current Liabilities ( CACL ), Current Asset to Total Asset ( CATA ), Debt To Equity Ratio ( DER ) Terhadap Efisiensi Biaya (BOPO) Dan Implikasinya terhadap Harga Saham Perbankan Pemerintah Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian Menggunakan Metode Purposive Sampling, Pengujian Hipotesis. Penelitian Digunakan Pendekatan Regresi Data Panel. Diolah Mengunakan Program Aplikasi Bantuan Software MS.Exel 2010. Pengolahan Data Statistik Dengan EVIEWS 9.0. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Variabel Current Asset to Current Liabilities ( CACL ), Current Asset to Total Asset ( CATA ) , Debt To Equity Ratio ( DER ) Working Capital to Total Asset ( WCTA ), secara bersama sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efisiensi Biaya ( BOPO ) serta Current Asset to Current Liabilities ( CACL ), Current Asset to Total Asset ( CATA ), Working Capital to Total asset ( WCTA ), Debt To Equity Ratio ( DER ) dan Efisiensi Biaya (BOPO) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham ( HS ). Kata kunci : Financial Distress, Efisiensi Biaya , Harga Saham
