Abstract
This study is aimed to identity the materials usedto analyze the result of teaching speaking using modal Auxiliary through CLL method. This study was implemented at SMP Pelita Bangsa on second grade. The writer focused the activities with the realtopic from internet and field trip activity.In collecting this data, the writer uses qualitative study to submit the resultsof this data based on the data analysis through observation, interview and questionnaire.Based on the results of this study the implementation of speaking activities using the students easier to understand many sentences in speaking practise especially in learning speaking with using Modal. It will support the students to speak fluently. Keywords: Teaching Speaking, Modal Auxiliary, CLL
