Abstract
Optimasi Parameter Permesinan Terhadap Waktu Proses Pada Pemrograman CNC Turning”. Parameter Pemesinan Terhadap Waktu Proses Pada Pemrograman CNC Turning. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Mengetahui pengaruh cutting speed, feed rate, dept of cut, dan retract terhadap waktu proses pada pemrograman CNC turning dan mengetahui parameter pemesinan yang menghasilkan waktu proses optimal pada pemrograman CNC turning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen faktorial, dimana cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut, dan retract merupakan variabel bebas dari waktu proses pemesinan sebagai variabel responnya. Masing-masing variabel bebas mempinyai dua level faktor yaitu level low dan level high. Pengukuran waktu proses pemesinan didapatkan dari hasil simulasi software MasterCAM X lathe melalui fasilitas sheet up. Hasil yang di dapat dalam simulasi meliputi waktu proses pemesinan atau operation time, panjang langkah pemakanan atau feed cut length, dan panjang langkah tanpa pemakanan atau rapid trverse length. Machining Parameters To Process Time On CNC Turning Programming. The objectives of this research are: To know the effect of cutting speed, feed rate, dept of cut, and retract on processing time on CNC turning programming and searching machining parameters that yield optimal processing time on CNC turning programming. This research uses factorial test method, where cutting speed, feed rate, cutting depth, and retract are independent variables from machining process as response variable. Each independent variable has two levels of factors: low and high levels. MasterCAM X recording process through worksheet facility. The result can be in simulation of machining machining time distance or operation time, length of feed step or feed cut length, and length of step without feeding or fast trverse length Kata kunci : Parameter pemesinan, waktu proses, pemotongan CNC turning.
