Abstract
MUHAMMAD GANDUNG (2014520044). LEADERSHIP EFFECT OF PRINCIPAL AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION TO THE PERFORMANCE OF TEACHER (Ciputat Darussalam On Education Foundation, The City Of South Tangerang). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of school leadership on teacher performance, analyze the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, analyze the impact of school leadership and organizational culture on the performance of teachers in the educational institutions of Islam Darussalam. In this thesis, the author uses the research method used survey method explanatory / eksplanatif / descriptive correlational who is researching the influence of leadership and organizational culture influence jointly on the performance of teachers in the educational institutions of Islam Darussalam ciputat south Tangerang city. This research method was chosen primarily because of the limited time, cost and effort the authors have, so this problem the authors hope to examine aspects of leadership and organizational culture influences jointly influential on teacher performance. These results indicate that the value of determination coefficient of 0.282, this shows that the leadership and organizational culture menjejelaskan influence on the performance of teachers in the educational institutions of Islam Darussalam is 28%. While the remaining 72% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study, F count (17:45) is greater than the value of F table (2.71), and sig, ɑ (0,000) is less than the 5% alpha ( 0.005). This identifies that the results of studies reject Ho and accept Ha. Thus significantly on the performance of teachers in the educational institutions of Islam Darussalam and equity 31 370 + 0.137 X1 + 0.415 X2 means that there are similarities can be seen that the leadership and organizational culture have the ability to affect the performance of teachers in the educational institutions of Islam Darussalam.
