Abstract

Harapan Kita Housing is dominated by people who have a high level of busy work so that the associations and residents activity is also limited which causes socialization among residents reduced. With that high busy level of activity, the residents are sometimes delayed to pay dues and seldom attend activities which is held by RT or RW so that officers have to print leaflets warning dues and also invitation activities. In addition, the clerk difficult to meet the homeowners when they want to give a card dues. In this study, the authors apply dues housing information system to facilitate the citizens in paying dues. Information System is a collection of elements that are interconnected to one another in the form of a unit to integrate data, process, save and distribute information. The information system can be defined as a system is created by humans which consists of several components within the organization to achieve a goal that is present information. This dues information system may be accessed using a computer or smartphone. In this information system, there are several menus that provide a lot of information such as, activities in the Harapan Kita Housing, and dues payment information on Harapan Kita Housing. By making this information system can be expected to help the RT and citizens in sharing information on the activities and the payment of dues in Harapan Kita Housing.
