Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persistensi laba, struktur modal, dan intellectual capital terhadap kualitas laba pada perusahaan sektor kesehatan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019–2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi data panel menggunakan model Fixed Effect Model (FEM) yang dipilih melalui uji Chow dan uji Hausman. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 10 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling, menghasilkan total 50 observasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persistensi laba tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laba. Struktur modal juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laba. Sebaliknya, intellectual capital berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laba. Berdasarkan hasil uji F, variabel persistensi laba, struktur modal dan intellectual capital terbukti memberikan pengaruh terhadap kualitas laba dalam model penelitian ini.
