Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Adis Dimension Footwear. The research methodology employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 99 from a total population of 8,000. Data analysis methods include simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t-test, and simultaneous F-test. The results indicate that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 18.086 + 0.794 X₁ + 0.168 X₂, with a correlation value of 0.568 and an F-calculated value of 22.916 > F-table value of 3.09. Thus, it can be concluded that motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee productivity. Motivation significantly influences productivity, as evidenced by a t-calculated value of 6.685 > t-table value of 1.985. Work discipline also significantly affects productivity, as shown by a t-calculated value of 4.269 > t-table value of 1.985. This study confirms that motivation and work discipline significantly impact employee productivity at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, meaning that H₀₃ is rejected and Hₐ₃ is accepted.
