Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh collateral asset, sales growth, dan free cash flow terhadap dividend policy. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2019-2023. Metode penentuan sampel penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan E-views versi 9 untuk menganalisis data. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan periode pengamatan selama 5 (lima) tahun, sehingga total observasi adalah sebanyak 7 perusahaan. Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa collateral asset, sales growth, dan free cash flow berpengaruh terhadap dividend policy. Secara parsial variabel collateral asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel dividend policy. Sementara itu, variabel sales growth berpengaruh positif dan free cash flow berpengaruh negatif terhadap dividend policy.
