Abstract

The beauty salon industry is rapidly growing with increasing public awareness of appearance and self-care. To ensure optimal operations and significant growth, salons require effective and efficient systems, especially in customer service and booking management. This case study focuses on Verde Hair Salon, a successful hair salon operating in Bali, which has potential for improving its customer service. The research aims to design and develop a salon booking application using the low- code Platform Outsystems, with the expectation of enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. The implementation of this technology is anticipated not only to improve the service quality of Verde Hair Salon but also to serve as a successful example of low-code technology implementation in the hair salon industry.
