Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memberikan bukti empiris Pengaruh Efisiensi Aset, Kinerja Keuangan dan Financial Leverage Terhadap Sustainable Growth Rate Melalui Good Corporate Governance. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari situs www.idx.co.id dan situs web perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi Yang Tercatat Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 20 perusahaan sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi Model data Panel dan pengujian hipotesis mediasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Efisiensi Aset berpegaruh positif signifikan terhadap Sustainable Growth Rate, kinerja keuangan berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Growth Rate, Financial Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap positif Sustainable Growth Rate, Efisiensi Aset berpengaruh terhadap Good Corporate Governance, kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Good Corporate Governance, Financial Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Good Corporate Governance, Sustainable Ggrowth Rate (SGR) tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Good Corporate Governance, Efisiensi Aset tidak pengaruh terhadap Sustainable Growth Gate Melalui Good Corporate Governance, kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap SustainableGgrowth Gate melalui Good Corporate Governance dan Financial Leverage berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Growth Rate melalui Good Corporate Governance.
