Abstract

Perusahaan yang hendak menghimpun dana melalui pasar modal dapat dilakukan dengan cara mendaftarkan usahanya ke Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan begitu perusahaan telah melakukan go public dimana perusahaan akan melakukan penjualan sahamnya kepada masyarakat sehingga perusahaan akan memperoleh sumber pendanaan baru melalui penjualan saham tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah Investment Opportunity Set berpengaruh terhadap Firm Value, untuk menguji apakah Corporate Sosial Responsibility berpengaruh terhadap Firm Value, untuk menguji apakah Intellectual Capital dapat Memoderasi pengaruh Investment Opportunity Set terhadap Firm Value, dan untuk menguji apakah Intellectual Capital dapat Memoderasi pengaruh Corporate Sosial Responsibility terhadap Firm Value. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk asosiatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah annual report yang diterbitkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama kurun waktu 5 tahun pada periode tahun 2017- 2021. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Investment opportunity set tidak berpengaruh terhadap firm value; Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap firm value; Intellectual Capital tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh Investment Opportunity Set terhadap Firm Value; Intellectual Capital tidak mampu memoderasi dan memperkuat pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Firm Value.
