Abstract

This study entitled Conversational Implicature In Lady Gaga Talk Show aims to find of types of conversational implicature in Lady Gaga Talk Show, to analyze the implied meanings in Lady Gaga Talk Show. This study uses a qualitative method to describe the data of implied meaning in Lady Gaga Talk Show Video based on theory of Grice (1975). The writer also uses the theory of Grice (1975) to describe implied meaning. The writer found twenty – six data of implied meaning in Lady Gaga Talk Show Video as data analysis. In conclusion, those implied meaning can be classified as particularized conversational implicature, because of those data have different meaning. From the Lady Gaga’s conversation, it seems that Lady Gaga gives answer to the host’s questions with implied meaning.
